DESCRIPTION:Description: Together with occupancy classification\, one of the most critical steps in analyzing a building for code compliance is classifying it for type of construction purposes. This seminar will address the two distinct aspects of construction type: 1) determination of the appropriate types of construction based on building occupancy\, height and area\, and 2) identification of the construction and fire-resistance-rated features associated with the nine individual construction types.
