Description: Social media engagement training would equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to communicate in the dynamic world of social media.  By exploring the successes and growing pains of the ICC’s Membership Councils and other ICC chapters, the participant will gain a deeper understanding of effective communication strategies and techniques to engage audiences, build a stronger online presence, and ultimately identify ways to drive meaningful interactions with the public and other industry partners/program users.

We will discuss existing social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube) and provide concepts for consolidating printed and traditional media to streamline and maximize staff resources.
