Description: Provides new residential inspectors with basic techniques and an understanding of conducting inspections of one & two dwelling and townhouse buildings. The discussion will include preparation, presentation and inspections of the building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical portions of a building. This class is intended for new inspectors or those trying to become an inspector.
