Exterior Energy Use and the IECC
Instructor: Andre Jean Description: This course offers an in-depth look at how the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) regulates exterior energy use, with a focus on outdoor lighting, heated exterior elements, and semi-conditioned spaces. Attendees will explore key code sections from the 2021 and 2024 editions, identify major changes affecting compliance and inspection, and gain practical insights into controls, exceptions, and enforcement strategies.
