Multi-Family Buildings and the Energy Code

Description: This course provides a comprehensive overview of energy efficiency and construction code requirements for multi-family buildings, addressing both new construction and major renovations. Participants will explore how state-adopted codes—such as the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), ASHRAE 90.1, and the International Building Code (IBC)—apply to mid-rise and high-rise residential projects, as well as to low-rise multifamily structures.
