Tools Available for Energy Compliance

Everybody needs tools to get the job done, and energy compliance is no different. What tools are out there for all of us in the building community to get a project to be compliant with the energy code? We will discuss the tools and resources available for everyone who is involved in a project including architects, engineers, plans examiners, contractors, builders, and inspectors to be successful.
