Advanced Commercial Building Inspections

Class description: This full day class is designed for commercial inspectors looking for a more advanced look at the inspection process and technical portions of the International Building Code. The main focus of the class will be on the inspecting the structural portion of the building including concrete, steel and masonry. Structural testing and special inspection require-ments will also be discussed. Inspections of high-rise construction and other types of large projects will also be reviewed during the class.
