IEBC Plan Review Essentials

Instructor: Bill Clayton Description: This class will walk attendees through a plan review using the IEBC Prescriptive and then the Work area compliance methods. This plan review application of the IEBC is often confusing to users, and the class will guide the plan reviewer through the two most common compliance methods in the IEBC and point out the differences. This is intended for new and intermediate plan reviewers but is applicable to designers, plan reviewers, inspectors and fire plan reviewers. Design professionals will gain knowledge of the application of the IEBC to their projects as well as a better understanding of what the AHJ is looking for in and IEBC plan review.
