Instructor: Steve Thomas Description: A look at the intricacies of constructing multi-family dwellings under the International Residential Code. The class will look at different issues surrounding the separation between units, the continuity and extension of the separation walls between dwelling units. Discussion will include property line issues, projections, overhangs and other areas that create interpretation issues for these types of buildings.
